In the event you leave a client a voicemail or schedule a time to do the onboarding with them, please use this sheet to complete the onboard call. 

1-Let client know that you will be emailing the commission schedule.*
2-Go over their outlook email address that we set up if applicable.*
3-Go over the initial carriers they are appointment with-Metlife, State Auto, Attune, Travelers, Berkshire Guard, Clearcover (or other carriers if they are onboarding with another carrier*
4-Let them know that they should be receiving their credentials within the next week for those 7 carriers or so and if they do not see them to give our office a call or send us an email.*
5-Go over the commercial quote guide that gives them details on where they can quote their commercial risks.*
6-Let them know the credentials they received for that agent IPA quoting/resource page.*
7-Go over $5-10k in premium minimum needed within 60 days to stay active in the program.*
8-Go over the bonus program they will fall into once they hit $20k in premium, the bonus program will be different monthly. If they hit the $20k minimum premium within each month they will need to send us the policy #’s that placed them over the $20k threshold *
9-Go over states they are signed up to quote in*
10-Go over carriers they are signed up to quote with and let them know they should have received an email with credentials to a of the carriers.*
11-Send email signature as a recap. Also send this email signature if the agent does not answer.*
